L’Ecole has a library with a large selection of books for children, teens and adults. You will find picture books, kid’s book, novels, documentaries, comics, fantastic stories, magazines, classics, theater…Library open for all

The library is open to the public; you do not need to be a student at the school to borrow books.

  • The library is open every morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
  • on Saturday mornings when there is a Story Time

Please, call us first to inform you are coming at 919 790 1219.

The annual library card cost $15 per family. It allows you to check out up to 3 books per person or 6 books per family for 2 weeks. The books brought back after the due date will be charged a daily late fee.

The fees will be dedicated to the acquisition of new books.

 

PARTERSHIPS

  • L’ECOLE DES LOISIRS
The French editor, L’Ecole des Loisirs, offers high quality book subscriptions for children from toddlers to teenagers. The subscription gives 8 monthly books during the school year from November to June for a very competitive price ($65 to $73). The books – picture books, novels, comics, documentaries- are selected among the best ones from L’Ecole des Loisirs (and eventually from other editors).
L’Ecole offers to organize a group subscription so you can take advantage of a lower price. Each family chooses to subscribe or not to the formula of their choice and gives to L’Ecole the subscription form and the check. L’Ecole will organize everything with the editor. Every month (Nov through June), the books will be delivered to L’Ecole where you will pick them up.
Your participation enable L’Ecole to receive a free book every year !
